In the quiet corners of our community, I have witnessed pain a mother holding her sick child with no money for medicine, an elderly father struggling to reach a distant clinic, a young girl silenced by illness because she could not afford a check-up. These moments never leave you; they remain etched in your soul. That is where our journey began not in a boardroom, not with large funding, but with a heavy heart and a clear vision to serve humanity.
People Needs Welfare Society was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: no one should suffer in silence because of poverty. We started with small but meaningful steps free medical camps in remote areas, distribution of food and clothing, and support for those whom society often forgets. There were days when patients outnumbered medicines and pain outweighed our ability to heal, yet we never gave up. Every tear we witnessed strengthened our resolve, and every word of gratitude reminded us of our purpose.
